       New Success Network believes you should only have to pay for the time you actually use.  The way they accomplish this is through billing in 6 second increments. All your Intrastate are billed in 6 second increments after the first 18 seconds. International long distance calls billed in 6 second increments after 30 seconds.
       With other long distance carriers if you talk for 10 minutes and 6 seconds you are billed for the 54 seconds after you hang up.
       That will never happen with New Success Network.  In the example above you would be billed for 10 minutes and 6 seconds
Interstate calls are a 7.5 cpm flat rate anytime.
