The 7.5 cpm New Success Plan COMMISSIONS To illustrate the strength of the New Success Program and see what your potential earnings might be, below are two examples of your "income scenario." WE PAY YOU 1% residual commission on every Independent Agent (IA)  in the first 3 levels of your 7 x 7 group, 1/2% on the 4th level, 1/4% on levels 5 and 6 and 1/2% on the 7th level.  In addition, we pay a 2% bonus* for personally sponsored IA's anywhere in your organization.  Personally sponsor just two IA's and get paid through all seven (7) levels at the "Unqualified" rate.   However, if you maintain, on our service, a total of seven (7) Personally Sponsored (PS) Independent Agents (IA's) anywhere in your seven level organization we will pay you a FULL 1% on EVERY level. That would total 9 % in residual commissions that we pay out over all seven levels of your organization on actual, paid long distance usage (LDU). LEVEL IA's Independent Agents EST. If your "upline" (the person that sponsored you) or their upline are very active in sponsoring IA's you could receive a substantial amount of spillover.  Again, this is only hypothetical.  In actuality some Independent Agents (IA's) will gather Independent Agents (IA's) more actively than others and real phone bills will vary widely.  Therefore, actual incomes will vary from one Independent Agent to the next.  The above chart gives you an idea of the potential income that can be made in this business from building a network of Independent Agents. {Independent Agents (IA's)  are the same thing as Customers}
